ABOUT MY OFFERINGS AND JOURNEY

As a Yoga and Tai Chi for Balance Teacher, Reiki Master, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Wellness Brand Strategist, I offer a holistic approach to well-being rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern practices. My classes and workshops—offered both online and in-person—are intentionally designed to support you in cultivating balance, awareness, and emotional release.

​Whether you're seeking grounding movement, gentle healing, or mindful transformation, I guide you through practices that reconnect you to your body, calm the mind, and support long-term wellness. Each session is a safe and supportive space for letting go of what no longer serves you—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

In front of the camera, I lead yoga, Tai Chi, and wellness workshops that empower participants to move with intention and live with clarity. Behind the scenes, I deepen my own practice through language learning, storytelling, and amplifying wellness brands through authentic social media strategy.

My journey has been one of growth, resilience, and reclaiming my voice—and now, I'm here to support you in doing the same. Let’s connect and create space for you to shine, heal, and thrive.

HOW ANIMALS SHAPED MY MISSION

Caring for animals — especially farm animals — is not just an act of kindness, it’s an essential part of our shared existence. Whether someone chooses to eat meat or live a vegan lifestyle, we cannot ignore that animals are deeply connected to our lives and the cycles of nature. When animals are raised in stressful, harmful, or chemical-laden environments, they suffer greatly — and those impacts ripple outward, affecting our health, our communities, and the planet itself.

For me, this awareness is a return to what feels right and true — it is a part of my soul’s mission to help others see the importance of compassion toward animals. By educating ourselves, we can better understand our role as shepherds not only to one another, but also to the natural world that sustains us. Supporting organizations that provide care, safety, and dignity to animals large and small is one way we can honor that connection and live more consciously.

When we care for animals, we are ultimately caring for ourselves — because all life is interconnected, and the wellbeing of one affects the wellbeing of all.

Join me and Bottoms Up! Yoga for Restorative Yoga at the Lakewood Library. Classes for the Winter 2025 season take place Tuesdays at 6pm est. I teach 11/11, 11/25, 12/2, 12/9, 12/30

Sanctuary Yoga at Happy Trails in Ravenna, OH, returns

Teachers will offer a variety of class styles and 100% of funds from ticket sales will support the welfare of the animals.
