After spending time growing, learning, and awakening I started Carmita Smiles Yoga to connect and share knowledge and experiences through yoga, mindfulness, and wellness practices. It's about reflecting and letting go of the past so that you may connect with the present and take care of yourself for a better tomorrow. There are many ways to go about this. Taking a class with me will allow you to do so through stretching, gentle vinyasa, chair yoga, restorative yoga, adaptive yoga, and various mindfulness exercises.
