Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative practice designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself. It involves guided meditation while lying comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), allowing your body and mind to rest deeply while remaining aware. This practice is ideal for preparing for sleep or simply taking a mindful pause during a busy day.
