I've had many experiences that i can reflect on. each one an important piece to how i began my healing process and teaching wellness classes.
i could tell you about my time in middle school when i was looking for acceptance. the time in college when I took my first yoga class and experienced savasana. or the awakening journey i went on while the whole world shutdown due to the pandemic.
moments like these brought me into awareness of self, the enviornment that i allowed myself to fail or grow IN AND offered healing to progress.
