Certified 500HR Yoga Instructor, Lover of Animals, Reiki Master and Naturalist are some ways to describe me.
They give a glimpse of my interests, what I study, and what allows me to be uniquely ME.
Yoga allows me to practice fitness and de-stress.
Being a lover of animals means I care for them, understand they are conscious creatures, and I take time to learn about them.
Being a naturalist can be described as learning about the earth, nature, where food comes from, and holistic medicine.
Thus allowing me to share this knowledge with others to help guide them on their yoga, wellness, or meditation journeys.
