Gentle Vinyasa is a gentle practice that stretches the body, moves with the breath, and can include a calming meditation practice. Vinyasa yoga in general is a style/form/method of yoga that moves (flows) through postures/stretches/poses in a sequence coordinated with the breath. The Gentle Vinyasa Yoga session below will give you an idea of what to expect from a class. Some moves may need to be adapted. Please be cautious if you have anything going on with your hip(s), knee(s), or back as some moves are low to the floor.
